The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other vital lifesaving skills. The course teaches how to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking.

If you have purchased an authorized AHA BLS online course elsewhere and would like to have Kern CPR sign off on your skill evaluation, this is the option for you! The skills evaluation includes the card fee.
Take the classroom portion of the BLS class online. Then call/email to schedule in person evaluation. All courses are scheduled as required by AHA’s regulations. This course is scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Class run times vary based upon competence level, number of students and modules taught.
